Lcv1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the lcv1 platform. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of our services. By using the lcv1 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lcv1 platform on the website lcv1.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the lcv1 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be considered acceptance of those changes.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Only one account is permitted per individual. Registering multiple accounts is not allowed.
2 Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of lcv1 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. lcv1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. lcv1 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. The following account security responsibilities apply to all users:
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Use a strong and unique password for your lcv1 account.
- Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Log out of your account when you are done using the platform, especially on shared devices.
Lcv1 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account also depends on the personal security practices you adopt.
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All lcv1 users are required to use the platform in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:
Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, use automated software (bots), or engage in fraud is strictly prohibited.
lcv1 does not permit the use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. All transactions are subject to compliance monitoring.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a serious violation.
Providing false or inaccurate personal information, or impersonating another person during registration or account verification, is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are also prohibited from posting, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or harmful to others through any communication channel on the lcv1 platform.
4 Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the lcv1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using valid payment methods in their own name. lcv1 does not accept payments made on behalf of third parties.
Accepted Deposit Methods
- Online banking via FPX (all major Malaysian banks)
- Local e-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet
- Direct bank transfer to platform account
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
- Identity verification may be required before large withdrawals are processed.
- Processing time is between one (1) and three (3) business days, depending on the method chosen.
- Lcv1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.
Any disputes relating to a transaction must be reported to the lcv1 support team within seven (7) days of the transaction date. After this period, lcv1 will not be responsible for investigating or reversing the transaction in question.
5 Liability Limits & Account Policy
Lcv1 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, lcv1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Lcv1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in our inactive account policy.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation. For closures requested by the user, any eligible balance will be returned once the review process is complete.
6 Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
All content, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements on the lcv1 platform are the exclusive property of lcv1 or our licensors. No part of this platform may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from lcv1.
The lcv1 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. lcv1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. You access any third-party websites at your own risk.
Lcv1 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time by publishing the latest version on our website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
